This hotel was a gem! The rooms were spotless and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the variety offered. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

Staying at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were slightly larger than standard with all amenities, although the view was of the hotel wall, making it feel a bit cold. On the bright side, everything was very clean, and the bed with sparkly linen was very comfortable for a long stay.

Being directly above the 2-story entry added to the charm, and the nice kitchen area was a great bonus. The queen bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect for shops and eateries - truly the best experience I've ever had in a hotel.

The hotel's rooms, despite having only interior windows that looked into the dining room, were spacious, clean, and offered a full kitchen with a regular-sized fridge, although the room felt too cold and the queen bed was closer to a twin size. The service was outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff who were very polite and nice. The location was wonderful right in the middle of the Country Club Plaza area, offering easy access to many shops and restaurants. The dining experience was very good with delicious options and different meats offered each day, but the glazed cakes were a highlight.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms that came with a full kitchen, exceeding my expectations. However, it was a downside that the rooms were small and didn't offer a 2 queen configuration. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Country Club Plaza with easy access to shopping stores, and the dining options were varied and delicious. While the service was courteous and helpful, some improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience.
